We offer a variety of coaching services for athletes at every level, those truly committed, and the hobbyists who wanna step up their game or prevent injuries.

Our online coaching will be run on an Google Sheets where you will have very close contact with Coach Martin. This allows us to tailor your training plan on the fly when life gets in the way or throws curveballs at you. The plans you will run will be specific to your sport/goals and your personal weak points so you can perform at your best.

The in-person 1-1 coaching is our highest tier of training and where you will see not only the best and fastest gains but the immediate feedback after every rep ensures that we can pin point every aspect of your performance that can be altered and improved to ensure you are a balanced and powerful athlete. Having an experienced coach spot your technique means you can push past your psychological limits and realise what you are truly capable of.

We offer a monthly nutrition plan that can be added on to any of our services, this will be written custom to your body’s needs and your training strategies, ensuring that you are able to continue eating the meals you enjoy the most without negatively affecting your training, and often those comfort meals can be used strategically to enhance your performance.
